90 Day returns:
Shipping/Motor Freight cost : You are required to pay for your own return shipping cost
Packaging/Palatizing: if your item requires packaging or palatizing to return it you are responsible for that cost and all cost with returning an item.
Damaged Items: Refuse Damaged items, do not accept them. When you sign for a item at delivery you are signing that you received said item without damage unless you state damaged on BOL. If you accept a damaged item you will have to work with freight company to work out the problems. if you refuse the damaged item we can get it fixed and reship you a new item.... So just refuse Damaged Goods
Defective Items: If you receive an item that is not working just reach out to us and we will send you the parts needed to fix it and would fall under our Warranty Policy
Returns Policy
Products have a 90 day return Policy, You may return new, used unopened undamaged items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Just Ship the item Back to Gameroom Goodies within 90 days. Our Address
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your return however your bank or credit card provider will not return the funds to you for 3-10 days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you decide to return an item you will need to package the item so it does not get damaged in return shipping. All damaged returns will be refused delivery. You (customer) will be responsible for Shipping cost, packaging, shipping of the items returned unless otherwise arranged with Gameroom Goodies.
