Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money orders, Cashier's checks, Company checks & Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 4 weeks after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Example (4 weeks lead time for an item will not arrive for 8 weeks)

Multiple Products orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order acceptance policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gameroom Goodies reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Gameroom Goodies. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-stock products
If you place an order for an out of stock item we will call you withing 24hrs and inform you, so you can make an informed decision to keep the order or cancel it at no cost to you.

Returns Policy
Used Products have a 90 day warranty for commercial customers and 1 year for Residential customers we do not accept returns of used, refurbished or restored goods that are working on arrival.
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving your return however your bank or credit card provider will not return the funds to you for 3-10 days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or feel free to call us or email us our phone number and email address is located on our contact us page.
Shipping
We ship in the USA only via Ups, Fedex, or USPS Shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Policy
Most in stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Some items must be Special Ordered or Built to order and will ship within one to three weeks based on availability. Orders are shipped on first come first serve basis
Gameroom Goodies ships all oversized items via motor freight (18-wheeler). The shipping rate provided for motor freight deliveries includes residential delivery and lift gate service. The motor freight company will contact you when your item reaches the local hub to arrange a delivery date and time. The motor freight company will only delivery your item to the curb if you ordered free curb-side shipping. If you would like to arrange for inside delivery please indicate this in the Special Instructions section of the check out process. Please note that inside delivery, stairs, and assembly are extra cost and are not refundable if the item is returned
If you fail to be available during the arranged delivery, additional charges will occur. The motor freight company will store the item until delivery can be rescheduled. Please note these charges are normally very high and will be the responsibility of you the customer.
All other items are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will deliver packages requiring a signature.
Refusal to take delivery of products will result in a refund of 80% of the purchase price for normal items and 0% for custom made items, minus applicable shipping to you cost even if we offered free shipping you will also be responsible for any storage costs incurred by the freight company for not receiving the item on time.
For items shipped via UPS:
Your tracking information will be emailed to you via the email provided during checkout. You can visit the carrier's website to track your item.
For items shipped via motor freight:
Your tracking information will be emailed to you via the email provided during checkout. You can visit the carrier's website to track your item.
Damaged Items:
If there is visible damage upon inspection of the item,
DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY
Refuse the delivery, make note of the damage on the bill of lading and contact us. If damage is not noted, the motor freight company may reject the claim. Please note that if you accept the delivery when there is visible damage, neither the motor freight company nor our company will be responsible for any damage claims.
If there is concealed damage, it is very important that you document it with pictures and notes. A claim still needs to be filed with the motor freight company, but we will assist you with the claim and work to insure that you are a satisfied customer. You must file this claim within 48 hours of delivery. If the claim is not filed in a timely manner, the motor freight company will not accept the claim. We will either have the item returned to us for a full refund minus the shipping charges or we will repair the item.

For local moves and deliveries done by our warehouse:
All local deliveries will be handled and delivered on an agreed upon date by both parties. We do not accept liability for any damaged done to flooring, walls, doors, ceilings or any part of your home or business during the delivery of equipment or service. Commercial arcade equipment is heavy, usually made of hard materials, and is prone to scratching or damaging floors from rolling or sitting directly on delicate flooring such as, but not limited to, tile, wood, granite, marble, and/or stone flooring. This is out of our control. If you do not wish for us to deliver due to the possibility of damage, you can alternatively arrange for pickup of your machines from our warehouse located at: 1050 N Fairway Drive, Suite G108, Avondale, AZ 85323.
If you fail to be available during the arranged delivery, or refuse delivery, additional charges will occur. We will charge you to store your items at our warehouse until delivery can be re arranged. Please note these charges are normally very high and will be the responsibility of you, the customer.

GAMEROOM-GOODIES SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT
We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

Typographical errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
