Shipping and installation:

• Free Shipping and White Glove Installation are included in your purchase, although those steps will happen at different times.
• Within 3 business days of your purchase, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your pool table.
• Your shipment will be delivered into your garage or the nearest covered area by a specialty freight carrier, who will communicate with you throughout the delivery process.
• Extraordinary delivery requirements, such as stairs, up or down into basement or loft area, will incur an additional installation fee, which will be communicated when we speak with you, and is on a case by case basis.
• We provide professional, White Glove Installation of the pool table by a trained expert, although that will happen at a separate time from delivery of the table by the shipping company.
• Delivery does not include disposal of packaging. Delivery and White Glove Installation is only offered within the contiguous United States
